A personal welcome from John J. Thompson, Director of the Imagine House Network
What We Are
The Imagine House Network is the formalization of something that has been happening organically for over a decade — entertainment industry professionals investing their time, experience, and relationships into Lipscomb students.
The IHN gives that investment a name, a home, and a little more structure — without adding burden. If you've ever spoken to a class, hosted an intern, taken a call from a student, or showed up when it mattered, you're already part of this.
"We see what you're already doing for our students, we're grateful for it, and we'd love to make it a little more official — with no strings attached."
Six Disciplines
The Relationship
We're not asking for a committee seat or a formal contract. We're asking for a relationship — the kind that already exists for many of you.
Guest lectures, studio sessions, classroom visits, mentoring conversations — whatever you can give, whenever you can give it.
Internship opportunities, industry introductions, and the occasional "yes" to a student who just needs a door opened.
Help us understand what the industry actually needs. Your voice shapes what we teach and how we prepare students for the real world.
